Intended Use and Directions 

Intended Use

This brace is intended to provide support and compression to the lower back and lumbar region, to help support and limit motion of the lumbar spine and accommodate stackable inserts. Designed to improve mobility and performance.

Simple to Use

  1. Loosen straps fully before putting the brace on.

  2. Center the logo panel over the lower back, aligned with waist.

  3. Wrap one side across the abdomen.

  4. Wrap the opposite side over the top and secure with the hook-and-loop closure to a firm but comfortable fit.

  5. Squeeze the inflation bulbs to inflate the air cells to the desired pressure. Stop when the brace feels comfortable, firm and supportive. 

  6. Press the release valves to deflate the air cells and decrease pressure.

  7. Add stackable comfort patches (sold separately) to the insert panel with the hook-and-loop system. 

Wear as needed for pain, posture support or during periods of activity. 

Warnings and Precautions

Warnings

  • Do not over-tighten. Excessive compression may restrict breathing or circulation.

  • Stop using and consult a healthcare provider if you experience numbness, tingling, skin discoloration, swelling or increased pain.

  • Do not use on open wounds, broken skin, rashes, recent surgical sites of if you experience skin sensitivity unless directed by a healthcare provider. 

  • Consult a healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant.

  • This product may reduce the risk of injury but is not a substitute for safe lifting technique or workplace safety practices.

  • This product does not diagnose or treat any medical condition. If back pain is severe, persistent, worsening or accompanied by leg weakness or numbness, seek medical attention promptly.

  • Do not modify this product or use it for any purpose other than described.

Care and Maintenance

Care Instructions

Spot clean with water and a clean cloth. Do not submerge or machine wash. Do not use harsh cleaners. Air dry completely before use. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean.

Materials

Materials: Polyester spacer mesh lining over polyurethane foam padding. Neoprene (polychloroprene) support panel. Cotton duck outer shell with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) backing. Nylon hook-and-loop closures. Polyester grosgrain trim and edging.

Not made with natural rubber latex. This product contains neoprene (polychloroprene). Do not use if you have a known allergy to neoprene or to rubber accelerators. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if redness, rash, itching or skin irritation develops.
